Please use the form below to make a booking, payment may be made by cheque, BACS or PayPal.

PLEASE NOTE: By submitting the above booking request, you agree to the conditions set out below.

BOOKING CONDITIONS:

• I understand that a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of £100.00 per person is required at time of booking, or full course fee if less than £150.00. Bookings without a deposit will be held for 5 working days and the deposit must be made by that time.
  

• I understand that the balance must be paid 28 days prior to commencement of the course. The full course fee may be paid at time of initial booking if wished (including the non-refundable deposit), and is payable immediately in the case of late bookings (within 28 days of the course start date). We are also happy to take bookings over the telephone, by fax or by e-mail, which will then be reserved for 5 working days subject to the deposit being received within that period.
  

• I understand that should I withdraw my booking within 28 days of the course start date, for whatever reason, I shall be liable for the full course fee. If, however, my space is filled, I may receive a refund less the deposit paid.
  

• Alterations to booking dates made before the 28 day period cannot be guaranteed.
  

• I understand that should the minimum course ratio not be met and the course cancelled I will be offered alternative dates or a full refund.
  

• I understand that SPA, ML, CWA and CWLA courses must run at the ratio set out by the MLTUK. Should this not be met I shall be offered an alternative date or receive a full refund. I understand that this cancellation may be at short notice.
  

• I understand that should I require personal accident and cancellation insurance, which is highly recommended, I shall arrange the same.
  

• Pete Hill MIC and its associated instructors are under no liability whatsoever in respect of any personal loss or injury that I or others named above may sustain.
  

• I agree to abide by any decisions made by Pete Hill MIC or its associate instructors as regards the safety of course participants.
  

• I am aware that the weather plays an important factor in outdoor activities, and agree to any change to the course programme that is prompted by the prevailing weather conditions.
  

• I am aware that my course will contain an element of risk.
  

• I am physically fit for the course I have chosen.
