Malcolm 'Ginge' Lee MBE, MIC.
Ginge has a huge amount of experience of working as an MIC. For many years he ran the RAF's fitness training programme and helped countless others to jump out of aeroplanes. He has since gone on to enjoy time out of the RAF, and divides his time between having fun and having fun climbing.
Ginge is a course director for ML and SPA training and assessment.

With a degree in Outdoor Education, Di states her cv as being that she has 'somehow managed to stand on the bottom of the world without falling off and the highest point of the world without suffering too much from vertigo'.
Known for her big smile, she's rarely happier than when working with clients in the mountains.

Mark Chadwick MIC
Mark 'Chadders' Chadwick works for most of the year at Glenmore Lodge, Scotland's National Mountain Training Centre, and fills the rest of his time with freelance work and plenty of playing. He has enjoyed trips all over the world including India, America, South Africa, Morocco, Canada, Alps and more. He also dabbles in the dark art of kayaking (sea & river), as well as a bit of ski mountaineering. Mark is a course director for ML training and assessment.

Steve Bate SPA, MIA
Since fleeing his native New Zealand in search of proper climbing, Steve has been living and working in the UK. A boulderer of repute, he is always in search of that elusive final problem to 'send'!
